mixed experience

small room damaged parquet

the location proved convenient it was near both the train station and the city center

the room i got was quite small there was this big rack right after you walked in which felt pointless and made the room feel even smaller some parts of the floor had damaged parquet with sharp edges that was a bit of a hazard

small room thin walls

The room felt quite cramped. There was little space to move around, especially with luggage. also, i found the lack of proper soundproofing problematic. Noise from the street and neighboring rooms disrupted my sleep. the walls seemed thin, i could hear conversations and other sounds, it made it difficult to relax. this is definitely not great.

transparent door poor cleaning

the location was acceptable, a short walk to the main attractions.

I was frustrated with the lack of privacy because the bathroom door was completely transparent. this made the room very uncomfortable. also, the room cleaning wasn't thorough. I found some hairs on the bed. the dust on the tiles above the mirror was pretty gross.

Excellent Central Hotel Experience

central location efficient staff spacious room

I appreciated the central location. It made exploring easy. The front desk staff were always helpful and efficient . My room had a cool vibe and offered plenty of space (I could relax without feeling cramped).

I noticed the absence of ceramic cups in the bathroom (paper cups were provided).

The location provides easy access to the city center and both main train stations. Annessens tram stop is very close, providing additional transport options. A short walk led to the central part of the city (including the Grand Palace).

The staff at the front desk was very professional and friendly (especially Julien in the evening). I found them to be a wealth of knowledge. They provided great service throughout my stay, helping with directions and information.

There is a great breakfast café located just across the road from the hotel. I did not try the hotel restaurant, but I found food prices seemed high. The fresh products at breakfast were quite nice.

The hotel has a quirky décor that gives it a unique vibe. Air conditioning worked very well . There is an elevator that allows easy access to all floors of the building.

The Double Room View was nicely renovated and clean. It offered necessary amenities. The bed was very comfortable. I appreciated the air conditioning in the room (the weather was hot ).

The location was VERY central. I appreciated how close it was to many attractions. The room was spacious and very clean. The shower had good pressure.
